Granger Smith says 'life is a tempest' after child's demise

        The 40-year-old down home music vocalist thought about association and sympathy in an Instagram post Saturday, a quarter of a year after his child River Kelly's inadvertent suffocating. 

             Smith disclosed to his 910,000 Instagram supporters why he hasn't posted via web-based networking media much of late. 

              "It isn't so much that I don't have anything to state, it's more that most things simply don't appear to be significant enough to share," he said. "We as a whole realize that web based life has turned into a cover... a feature reel for every state, that we can hole up behind and seem to advance our best snapshots of our greatest days. Eh... that stuff doesn't make a difference." 

               Smith said despite everything he appreciates posting on his family's YouTube channel in light of the fact that the recordings permit him and his significant other, Amber Smith, to remove their veils and interface with fans. He likewise feels another sympathy for fans while performing.
